Terms & Conditions-This listing is only a guide and are in no way a warranty or guarantee, either actual or implied.  Items sold “as is, where is” subject to deletions.  Neither the owner nor the auctioneer is responsible for any errors in description or conditions of terms.  Statements made sold day take precedence over all printed material.  Please call ahead to ensure availability.

Consignor Information and Terms of Auction:

õ   Before they arrive, the birds and small animals must be boxed with mesh wire on the side or caged.  The boxes or cages must be labeled with what and how many are inside.  Weak boxes or boxes with wet bottoms will be refused.

õ   Please treat the animals humanely by not over crowding them.  Give them feed and water.

õ   On the day of the auction, doors will open for consignment at 7:00 AM.  All consignments must arrive by 10:00 AM.

õ   Nelson’s Auction is not responsible for animals escaping their boxes.

Buyer Terms & Conditions:  All animals are sold as described by the consignor without warrantee for misrepresentation from Nelson’s Auction Service.  Payment must be made the day of the auction by cash, cheque, debit, or Mastercard & Visa.
